Fall-Spring 2024-2025 Season
AGES 2-3
Baby Ballet-
MonDAY 3:30-4:00 P.M
learn the basics of how a dance class works and basic ballet terms

Creative Movement 1-

The class is an introduction to all different styles of dance.

AGES 4-6

The class is an introduction to all different styles of dance.

Ballet/Tap Tues. 5:30-6:15 p.m.
This is a combo ballet and tap class for ages 5-6
Ballet/Jazz Tues. 6:15-7 p.m.
This is a combo ballet and jazz class for ages 5-6

AGES 6 & UP:
ACRO:
Acro 1 Mon. 4:15-5 P.M.
Beginner Tumbling class. Learning cartwheel and handstand- striving for back bend kick over.
Acro 2 Mon. 5-5:45 P.M.
Intermediate tumbling class Required: can do back bend kick over & front limber. Striving for back walkovers & front walkovers
Acro 3 Mon. 5:45-6:30 P.M.
Advanced tumbling. Required: front & back walkover. Striving for aerial, backhand spring, and other flips
BALLET:
Ballet 1 Tues. 4:15-5 P.M.
Beginner Ballet. learning the positions and technique
Ballet 2 Tues. 5:45-6:30 P.M.
dancer already has an understanding of ballet positions and technique. A full ballet barre is expected of this class.
Pre Pointe: Tues 6:30-7 P.M.
This class is for those 9 and up who are eligible to begin learning the advanced form of ballet - pointe.
Ballet 3 Wed. 4:15-5 P.M.
advanced understanding of ballet positions and technique
Pointe 1 5-5:45 P.M.
Pointe class is for those students who have taken Pre-Pointe and/or have the approval of an instructor to be in this class. Dancers should have an intermediate-advanced understanding of ballet positions, terminology, and technique
AGES 6 & UP Cont:
Choreography: Mon. 6:30-7:15 P.M.
This class is for ages 12-18, or by invitation by an instructor if younger. This class will give dancers a chance to learn different ways of choreographing and explore what dance is on a deeper level. They will choreograph their own work to be presented throughout the year. The dancers will learn behind the scenes of running a show and will be in charge of hosting our annual Talent Show/Student Comp Showcase
HIP HOP:
Hip Hop 1 Wed. 5-5:45 P.M.
beginner level hip hop - dancers are learning to understand body isolations
Hip Hop 2 Wed. 6:30-7:15 P.M.
dancers already have a basic understanding of body isolations - striving for baby freeze & helicopter
Hip Hop 3 Wed. 5:45-6:30 P.M.
dancers already have an advanced understanding of body isolations and dynamics - striving for head spring, kip up, & shoulder stand
LYRICAL:
Lyrical 1 Mon. 5-5:45 P.M
Beginner Lyrical. dancers are learning lyrics and story telling through movement
Lyrical 2 Tues. 7-7:45 P.M.
intermediate lyrical. dancers have a basic understanding of interpreting lyrics & telling a story- strongly suggest complimented this class with ballet. Striving to get a calypso and piouettes
Lyrical 3 Wed. 6:30-7:15 P.M.
advanced understanding of interpreting lyrics & telling a story - strongly suggest complimented this class with ballet.
JAZZ:
Jazz 1 Wed. 5:45-6:30 P.M.
Beginner level. Learning jazz basics: triplettes, box step, pivot turn, pas de bourees.
Jazz 2 Mon. 6:30-7:15 P.M.
dancers have full understanding of jazz basics. Learning: pirouettes and grand jetes.
Jazz 3 Wed. 7:15-8 P.M.
advanced understanding of jazz technique and body isolations. Learning: pirouettes and various grand jetes.
Musical Theater Mon. 5:45-6:30 P.M.
This class is for all levels and ages. This is a more characterized version of jazz dancing to broadways favorites!
TAP:
All Levels Tap Tues. 5-5:45 P.M.
Tap class for all ages 6-18 years old all levels welcome!
